Manual Handling Training

Manual Handling activities are the biggest cause of accidents in the workplace and also long term disorders such as back pain and work related upper limb disorders. Under the Manual Handling Operations Regulations, employers are required to take appropriate steps to reduce the risk of injury to employees.

The Manual Handling Training course will enable delegates to look carefully at their own work activities and contribute to the development of safer working methods in co-operation with their managers and supervisors.

Please note the courses in this section are registered Chartered Institute of Environmental Health courses.

Level 2 Award in Principles of Manual Handling ( ½ Day Programme)
