The goal of anyone who is involved in supervisory/management should be to help employees most adequately fit with the needs of the company. A range of skills are required such as holding meetings, reviewing performance, scheduling, decision making, hiring (or firing) employees and effective interpersonal communication. Training focuses on working with large groups, small groups and liaising with senior management.

These are ideal for first-time trainers who need to understand the basics of training, skills and practice or those looking to refine their techniques. The Training Skills and Practice Award is also an essential qualification (other training/teaching qualifications are also recognised) for anyone wishing to become a CIEH registered trainer.
